The Indianapolis Colts release Ryan Lilja
The Colts have released 28-year old starting left guard Ryan Lilja. Lilja played in 16 games (all starts) for the Colts last season. In his five years with the Colts, Lilja played in 66 games (59 starts). The Colts want a better run blocker than Lilja for the 2010 season and beyond. It will be interesting to see if the next starting left guard comes from free agency or the draft.
