Colts need running game to step up

Rookie Joseph Addai had a good game against the Texans and could be the feature back soon for the Colts. Addai has 23 carries for 108 yards (4.7 ypc) and has caught 5 passes for 44 yards and a TD. Dominic Rhodes could soon start losing carries after his rough start to the season. Rhodes has 30 carries for 66 yards (2.2 ypc) and has caught 5 passes for 36 yards.

The Colts need the running game to be effective to help keep defenses honest against Peyton Manning and keep the Colts’ vastly over-rated defense OFF the field.
