I know, I know, it’s just the pre-season. The Colts still must be a little worried about the poor play they’ve been getting from the running backs so far. Dominic Rhodes has carried the ball 10 times for 25 yards (2.5 ypc). Joseph Addai has carried the ball 12 times for 20 yards (1.7 ypc). The Colts need the running game to be a threat or teams will play nickel and dime coverages all day to stop Manning and the wide-outs.
